Difference between Port FOrwanding and Internet rules

Hy guys , what is the difference between  Port FOrwanding and Internet rules ?

Internet rules 

• Block any apps or devices from accessing the Internet at whatever schedule you like to set it to.

Port Forwarding

•  Resolve connectivity issues by opening ports for specific devices 
• Most secured method out of DMZ and UPNP

Exactly as above, Internet Rules are essentially parental type controls

in port i have source and destination....so how can use it?

If you're not sure on ports then it's probably best to select activities/apps until you know what ports you'd like to block/allow.

Port would be a singular port and range would be a range like 80-100
