I have enable diagnostics and attached the logs. sentcrash.log

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 10 Administrators Share Posted October 10 They know the root cause and will try to get it fixed for the next app release. Based on what they can tell it seems like you may have started a speed test, ping optimiser or something like that and then switched app or gone off it which caused it, if you then restart the app it should be fine. Hi Fraser, Thanks a million for getting back to me. Yeah that sounds about right. There is no panic, it does not effect my gaming, just making you aware. I really want to thank you for all the support fixing my issues. No crashes or connection issues in almost a week.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 10 Administrators Share Posted October 10 No worries at all, thanks for reporting it, although it's not major it's definitely good to try and get it fixed. Great to hear, thanks for the update!
howley6
Hi Fraser, I have just started playing black ops 6. Getting a lot of networking relay prompts. It seems that it is a network issue. I don't seem to have changed anything? I also have connecting errors at times. Network sometimes says unavailable. I haven't changed any settings in the above thread any ideas? Port forwarding enabled and Dmz on the R3. It's inconsistent, once in game all is good. Sometimes may have to reboot R3. Ian

Ian If you haven't changed anything on your side then it's almost certainly the game, especially being launch weekend the servers are probably absolutely slammed. We did release a new firmware though so worth trying that too.
howley6
I thought that may have been an issue but decided to check. Is this the firmware that was released October 2nd?
