jj21
I’m having the same issues. I didn’t do any updates. It just died over night. Feels like a “bad cloud update” again? @Netduma Fraser are you guys aware?
Thorkay
Seems to be duma server issue or cloud issues they use router is working but ping optimizer aint and av found its causing issues like setting my upload speed to 1000mg while i do a ping test or ping opt am not changing the speeds or touching anything to make them change .. Never had issues till now but whatever they doing needs fixed asp making the device unusable as the device don't even load or even boot into main duma menu lucky if it does took over 5 hours for mine to work rebooted reset different firmwares tested everything was the same no matter what i done
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 20 Administrators Share Posted September 20 We know what the issue is and will be working on a permanent fix but it should be back to working now Thorkay
KatoTheWolf
yeah I'm having the exact same issues too, I've had to factory restart it like 8 times... I even thought it could be firmware, so I down patched from the latest to 4.0.219 and that didn't help Thorkay

KatoTheWolf
no I'm still having issues, after awhile I can't access duma os and then everything losses connection in the house. I legit have to hold down the factory reset button on the router to fix it everytime
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 22 Administrators Share Posted September 22 Set the MAC address manually to mirror the one on the bottom of the router and see if it's more stable then please. As we're exploring all ramifications of that changing and see if it helps please.
KatoTheWolf
I tried this and the same issue happened again, had to factory reset the router to get back into Dumaos
KatoTheWolf
so, I changed the mac address in the OS to the same thats on the router and got no connection at all after rebooting the router, so I called up my isp so they could authenticate the new mac address and that still didn't work, I've tried factory resetting my router and can't get into dumaos at all now... I had to plug in my old XR1000.... my R3 does not work at all now even after factory resetting it and being on the phone with my isp for an hour
