Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 19 Administrators Share Posted September 19 There are only 2 ways to resolve this error: Factory Reset Re-connect the device that you deleted from the Device Manager back to the router via the same connection method (ethernet, 2.4GHz or 5GHz), give it the same device type and name. Then the error will disappear.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 19 Administrators Share Posted September 19 There will be a device that was added to Traffic Prioritization on the QoS page, you would have deleted that device from the Device Manager, that's the device you need to connect back. How did you do the factory reset?

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 10 Administrators Share Posted October 10 When you do a factory reset does it prompt you to go through the setup wizard again? Could you reset by doing this instead please: Hold the reset button on the back of the router for 30 seconds (you'll need something thin like a pin), then wait 4 minutes before accessing the interface. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 11 Administrators Share Posted October 11 Glad you were able to solve it, I told you what the cause was, as long as you don't do that the error will not come back. Thanks for the unnecessary remark.
