10gBase-t support

Does the NetDuma r3 support 10gbase-t? My motherboard only uses that type and I can't get an internet connection using it. I can only connect to the router using wi-fi.

I think you may need an SFP+ module/converter so you can connect it to the R3

Well, that didn't work. I can't get 10g out of this router. I'll have to return it.

Hey Fraser,

I dropped the router off at UPS today, (08/16/24). I actually was able to get it to work but it almost doubled my ping and lowered my download speed. I really hope they come out with a 10g version. I would absolutely try it out again.

We could have probably resolved that - unlikely to be that specifically that was the cause but no worries!

For sure. It was probably because I’m running this as a secondary router. It worked as it should but I had to add a lower network card in my pc to actually connect to it. I’m really hoping for a 10g version.

Hey Fraser, I forgot to put the Wi-Fi name/password card in the box when I sent it back. Will they reset that or do you need it? Let me know.

I think it's specific to the router so will default to that, I'm sure it won't be a problem!
