Recommended Posts

Yeah so I can't load http://192.168.77.1/

just says ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Can load my modem's page just fine, but not the r3's.

I tried rebooting modem/router didn't change anything, here I am.

While connected to the router via a wired Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please.

So I don’t think I’m on the very newest update but I’ve been having the same problem since I received my router and I was one who pre ordered it. How is this still an issues???

Hi! The DHCP range of the R3 is basic see capture:

To access the GUI, you must type in your browser the address of the gateway, that is: 192.168.77.1

Connect your PC to the R3 and check that your PC has an IP between 192.168.77.100 and .250

That's slightly different, we're still looking into that, it seems a lot less common on the latest firmware but if when it happens you could record it using https://jam.dev that would be really helpful.

Unplug it from the modem so just your PC and power are connected then do it again, what do you get? Try accessing as well at this time.
