Brendenheo
I am trying my hardest to give this router a chance but it seems like nothing but problems after problems. I have factory reset this more than 5 times and updated every single thing even the early access. I have cleared cache, tried new browsers and everything. Every morning or afternoon I get on my computer and load dumaos I get this screen. Seems like the only way to fix is factory reset causing me to reset this everyday. Please help me fix this issue aaronibm21
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted July 1 Administrators Share Posted July 1 What features do you change specifically after a factory reset? Also, I've just realized you're the person in emails that wanted to cancel the order before it shipped and we've organized a collection for you but you've cancelled this, are you wanting to keep the router? Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted July 1 Administrators Share Posted July 1 What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode When you're not able to access are you able to access via the mobile app?
Brendenheo
Mobile app does not work. Moden is connected to my AT&T modem. I dont think my isp has bridge mode

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted July 2 Administrators Share Posted July 2 Where did you get these logs from? They don't seem to be from the R3. Can you get the logs from this page: http://192.168.77.1/cgi-bin/logs.txt when you notice the inability to access please? Do you require VLAN/PPPoE/DHCP identifiers to get a connection? Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted July 2 Administrators Share Posted July 2 Great thanks a lot, I'll pass that on. Do you require VLAN/PPPoE/DHCP identifiers to get a connection?
Brendenheo
Im not sure what this is "VLAN/PPPoE/DHCP identifiers to get a connection" but I dont think so. I just cant open dumaos thats my issue nothing loads
Administrators Netduma Jack B Posted July 3 Administrators Share Posted July 3 Hi @Brendenheo Looking at your logs, it looks like perhaps Hybrid VPN is crashing. At what point do you lose access to the frontend? Is it straight after a factory reset? Or does it work for a while and then after you do some configuration, thats when you lose access? Brendenheo
It works after I factory reset and config it but when I turn off my computer and get on it the next morning the front end doesn't load.
