The XR700 has an SFP+ port "that can be managed in WAN"... Not sure if the XR700's internal switch is multigig... so...

You are right R3 Can do 4k streaming but it can't do 5 gigabit download and upload speed. I have a Netgear XR 700 it's a great router but it can't do 5g download and upload and you don't update and the Geo-filter feature is outdated because it doesn't get new firmware update even though it has great hardware.

No it can't and certainly not at the price point we like to try to stay as close to as possible, it's also not entirely needed, especially for gaming but we are aware people would like more powerful hardware. We're only really starting to see speeds available of 1-2Gbps here in the UK so 5Gbps isn't really standard yet. How is the Geo-Filter outdated exactly? There is a more recent firmware in Early Access.

I'm using 5 gigabit fiber internet The Netduma R3 only support 1 gigabit wired connection, in my House we do 4k streaming like Prime video, Netflix, Sports and many more 4k streaming etc

SAME!
also 5 gig fiber user here...I won't use R3 due to its low performance capabilities which would make my subscription to 5G fiber useless. shame because software is second to none (geo filter etc.)

@Netduma Fraser please for an "R4" or whatever, equip it with at least one 10G WAN port along with at least one 10G LAN port and wifi 7. if you're feeling generous adding 4 or so 2.5G LAN ports.

I'll pass your comments along to the team for when they consider new hardware. We do like to keep the price point around the same though so it really depends on hardware cost.
