Ettlinger77
Can anyone tell me why the geo-filter isn’t working correctly? I’ve set home and have set the area I’d like to get matches from. I’ve set it to strict so I shouldn’t get games from outside the area right?. Im in the south of the uk and I’m constantly getting French, German and Netherlands connections. no matter how many times I block a server/bad connection it comes up with new ones outside my range. I’ve tried tried enabling filter but then the game doesn’t connect at all? Xbox series X Call of duty MW3 netduma R2 Duma os / latest 3. Max2110
Ive had the same issue for the past week on both the xr500 and r2 Ettlinger77
Ettlinger77
Was it working right before? I was wondering if it’s because I had to put the r2 into the DMZ on the main router to get open Nat? I’ve just got the r2 and it’s not been right so far.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 28 Administrators Share Posted June 28 Try with the simple mode instead of polygon, does it work as expected then?

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 28 Administrators Share Posted June 28 Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Use Simple instead of Custom radius Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.
Ettlinger77
I’ve done that and I’m still outside the radius? Or am I missing something?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 28 Administrators Share Posted June 28 Have you put your console in the R2 DMZ by any chance?

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 28 Administrators Share Posted June 28 No I wouldn't suggest it for this issue, have you done any port forwarding, make a Traffic Controller rule for it etc?
Ettlinger77
No, the only thing I have done is put the r2 in a DMZ on my sky router to get open Nat
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 29 Administrators Share Posted June 29 Could you provide a screenshot of the Geo-Filter page when you get a game outside but from the web view on a PC please?
