StevenM
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 28 Administrators Share Posted June 28 Yes I think that is likely the reason, it's purpose is to connect to VPN providers rather than a local VPN and so we haven't tested that functionality from what I am aware

StevenM
A friend of mine installed something with the username “client” do you know which VPN would be? someone installed this for him but he doesn't know what it is and he no longer has access to the VPN file. it uses a PuTTy server to connect to the VPN under linux, do you know what VPN or things it could be? Or do you know what he can do for doing this ?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 28 Administrators Share Posted June 28 That could be any provider, I wouldn't know what it is, to access the interface I think you'll need to be connected to it for the moment
StevenM
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 28 Administrators Share Posted June 28 You'd have to go with a VPN provider like Nord and use it with HybridVPN
StevenM
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 29 Administrators Share Posted June 29 No you would need to use their configuration file and enter it into HybridVPN - this will purely be for the WAN side of things to give you a different public IP and if you choose one in another country etc.
