I mentioned this to you in an upgrade topic but "In any scenario where the in game ping is higher than the Geo-Filter that will be the game processing delay, it's not something we have any control over but it can be used as a measurement to see how overloaded a server is. As long as it's not 30ms higher than the Geo you're good."

You mentioned this with steady ping ON and now I tried without steady ping have you see the clips what I mean so my ping is not 13ms?

@MovementG he explained it to you in the other topic that the way they track the ping is based on a trace-back which is not 100% accurate therefore just use in-game ping as your accurate measurement. This has pretty much been thing since R1 so realistically never follow what the graph says but use it as an estimate to block or allow servers that how I've been doing it for ages.

Also is there particular reason why you don't use your desktop to take the pics/record?

The Geo-Filter still shows you what the ping is with Steady Ping on/off - in any scenario where the in game ping is higher it'll be due to processing delay. Potentially due to the ping method used above also but I suspect in this scenario as the pings are quite close that it'll be processing.
