Is that what the Geo-Filter ping shows or in game?

What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode

No in geo-filter show me 29-32 ping but in game I'm getting 90 ping

I have spectrum modem

When I do a bufferbloat test the ping and jitter of Download is very unstable

I have the R3 connected directly to the modem, I replaced the spectrum router with the R3

It's likely then that the server is under heavy load, in which case you should get a lower ping overall if you force a different server, even if it is slightly further away

I did that and my ping went down to 35 - 40

maybe it was the server I was connecting to

there is a COD server in Georgia. you should get a decent ping with that server living in Florida. Make your geo-filter big enough to cover up to that server and you should be good. if the Florida one is busy, you can connect to that one.

I think it’s the latency spikes the servers are having lately. They have been REALLY bad. Ping spikes randomly, rubber banding etc.
