Check that you are connected to the R3 with your PC.

If you use Wifi, the SSID is reset.

If you use RJ45, check that your network card is in automatic mode on your PC!

Clean the browser cache or try with a private window! GUI access is HTTP...

Your PC is on another subnet 192.168.1.X To access the R3 administration page, your card must be under 192.168.77.X

Either it is not connected directly to the R3, or you have changed the parameters of your PC ethernet card to manual---hence the switch to automatic!

I updated my firmware also had the same issue had to do a full reset using the pin hole reset button .Then on my  PC I had to manually remove the old network name I had before the update was installed and reconnect to the factory router name and password then went through the setup process and it worked now I can connect threw the browser and app hopefully works for you.

Get access again and then upgrade as soon as possible, the goal is to get off that firmware version as it should be more stable for you on the latest

Ok, I’m able to get into web browser now only when I unplug it from the router. When I plug it back in to start the set up process the routine giving me yellow lights meaning now I don’t have internet. How is that possible I tried different wiring I did do the firmware update.

So you did manage to upgrade to the latest firmware?

While connected to the router via a Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please.

I don't know if that will work as I don't think we've specifically tested the anti-virus with it. Select Only VPN this traffic if you just want that to be VPNd then select the service or exclude this traffic so it doesn't go through the VPN then add it
