Fuzy
Check that you are connected to the R3 with your PC. If you use Wifi, the SSID is reset. If you use RJ45, check that your network card is in automatic mode on your PC!

Luis Ramos
will this help Frazer told me to do this
Fuzy
Your PC is on another subnet 192.168.1.X To access the R3 administration page, your card must be under 192.168.77.X Either it is not connected directly to the R3, or you have changed the parameters of your PC ethernet card to manual---hence the switch to automatic! Luis Ramos
I have McAfee anti virus and i see that i can add it to the Hybrid VPN do you have any videos or instructions on how to add it?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted May 31 Administrators Share Posted May 31 I don't know if that will work as I don't think we've specifically tested the anti-virus with it. Select Only VPN this traffic if you just want that to be VPNd then select the service or exclude this traffic so it doesn't go through the VPN then add it
Luis Ramos
Yes it comes with a VPN that what i meant. Its part of McAfee
