iOS Netduma App Not Working

Hi,

I can't log in the mobile iOS Netduma App for the last two days. I'm sure I have the right admin password and my iPhone is connected to the Netduma R3 router. I always receive the error message "internal server error!"

Please advise. Thank you.

Try hold the reset button for 30 seconds then see if that works.   try open duma app from android device or PC if possible.

Yes correct,  after you have reset,  in the url insert 192.168.77.1 to access duma from there upload firmware.
