Terence Posted May 5 Share Posted May 5 Salve, ho un netduma R2 … ho concesso il mio modem Tim al netduma R2, poi dal Netduma sono andato alla mia play 5. Però non riesco entrare nelle impostazioni del netduma per impostare il pig la geolocalizzazione ecc dal mio pc !! Il mio pc non rileva il netduma né tramite Wi-Fi né tramite cavo lan !! Set a static IP on the PC with the following details IP address: 192.168.77.100 Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0 Default gateway: 192.168.77.1 DNS: 192.168.77.1 If you're not sure how to do this, you can check this guide: https://kb.netgear.com/27476/How-do-I-set-a-static-IP-address-in-Windows then try accessing 192.168.77.1 please and see if it works. Unplug the router from power for 10 minutes, plug in, then wait 4 minutes, then hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 4 minutes before accessing the interface - you can remove the static IP. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted May 5 Administrators Share Posted May 5 Unplug the R2 from power, wait for 30 seconds, hold the Factory Reset button, while continuing to hold plug the power back into the R2 and keep holding the reset for 30 seconds then release. Adesso il mio pc è collegato ad Internet tramite il netduma … tramite cavo Ethernet come vede nella foto ! Adesso come ha visto dalle ultime foto sono riuscito ad avere Internet tramite il netduma ma comunque non riesco entrare nell’ istallazione !!!! Ha qualche altro suggerimento ? Il problema è che non mi fa accedere ai servizi e all’istallazione !!! Ad ogni modo lo tengo scollegato per 24 h e domani pomeriggio riprovo a collegarlo e vedere se funziona. You can try multiple factory resets in a row to see if that brings it back but I think it is likely bricked. As commiseration I can offer you 30% off an R3 if that's something you'd be interested in.
