Krzysztof Posted May 1, 2024 Posted May 1, 2024 I tried factory reset, i tried upload firmware 3.3 again, switching router for more than 10min and try again. When try update again i can select firmware files but nothing happens
DARKNESS Posted May 1, 2024 Posted May 1, 2024 When logging to the interference use incognito mode on the browser as it doesn't save cache and it might just be showing the prompt from prior login. What I would do is do a factory reset but from the interference and then try updating it as quickly as possible by skipping the wizard setup.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted May 2, 2024 Administrators Posted May 2, 2024 What is the firmware file you tried to upgrade to exactly? Good advice above also.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted May 3, 2024 Administrators Posted May 3, 2024 Are you able to load the System Information page correctly?

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted May 3, 2024 Administrators Posted May 3, 2024 Did you try to reboot or factory reset while it was upgrading by any chance? Hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 4 minutes before accessing the interface and see if it loads then please
Krzysztof Posted May 3, 2024 Author Posted May 3, 2024 I did update and let him running for about 15min. After this time loading circle was still running 🤷♂️🤷♂️ left it for another 10min. No results. Switched off and on again. Tried update again. No result 🤷♂️🤷♂️
