MW3 Geofilter barely working

Why does it keep giving me servers outside of my radius? 7 out of the last 10 games have been like this. 3 of them have been east coast servers like Atlanta if not Texas

Is this on the new Fw?

• Disable GeoLatency
• Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0)
• Enable Strict Mode
• Disable Fast Search

Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.
