Netduma R3 constantly disconnecting and reconnecting

Hello!! 
hope all is well,  I just purchased a R3 recently (about a month ago) and have been running into this issue where it keeps disconnecting all the devices from the internet and reconnecting and being very inconsistent unfortunately. Also there are times where I try to access the DumaOS dashboard on PC that is plugged in via ethernet and it doesn’t load and then after many attempts on my iPhone I am able to finally get on. I am hoping there is a fix or a solution you guys can help me with please! I’d really appreciate it. 
I am currently on version 4.0.41

I try that link it doesn't work for me is that link only for Perry it comes up with please contact us when I click link

Hi @Netduma Fraser

Any chance I can get access to the firmware as well? This is my only issue with the R3. Everything else is butter for me. Much appreciated!
