Firefox1923 Posted April 1, 2024 Posted April 1, 2024 Have tried restarting modem, and PC everytime I go to login I get the error below. 404 Not Found The resource you have requested is not available. I've tried multiple browsers have no idea why I can't log in.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 1, 2024 Administrators Posted April 1, 2024 Looks like it's going to a weird URL if you use these links specifically http://routerlogin.net or http://192.168.1.1 does it work?
DimeRider27 Posted April 2, 2024 Posted April 2, 2024 Same problem here. And experiencing sudden drops in service as well. Both wired and wireless. Honestly, about to make the switch to a more reliable modem\router combo but would like a docsis 4.0

If you can then access the interface if you grab the logs from the System Information page when it happens I can take a look.

I was able to get in, not sure what the issue was, but just seeing this almost a month later.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted May 4, 2024 Administrators Posted May 4, 2024 Glad to hear you were able to get it sorted, thanks for the update!

I'm having the issue too, same router, Nighthawk XR1000, I get the same issue if I go to routerlogin.net or 192.168.1.1. It defaults to the link as it does for the user who shared the screenshot before. I have tried both Chrome and Edge.

Probably best to do a factory reset in this situation, hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 4 minutes before accessing the interface
