Mohit Sharrma Posted March 23 Share Posted March 23 Hi Team, My Netduma R2 has been at the centre of my network, as a PPPoE router since I bought it, now that I have commited to TP LINKER605 Dual Wan router, i was looking up for literature to configure it into AP mode to reuse it as an access point. Seems like AP mode is not supported, how is that a thing in 2024 ? My $10 ISP router supports it. Any plans to add support in a future firmware release ? Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted March 23 Administrators Share Posted March 23 Most people purchase the router specifically for the features which they wouldn't be able to use in AP mode. Now we have the R3 we are considering adding an AP mode to the R2 so that those that have both can use them more easily together, it would be a ways off though.
