UPNP not reading any ports

i got the sercomm fg1100R-L/US  modem connected to the R3...honestly it has been working well with the R3 
and i don't think that could be an issue because like i said before upnp was working before the firmware update v.4.0.540 no issue.

I can't find much on that model, presumably it doesn't have WiFi is that right? I've not seen anyone for awhile mention this issue, could you do a factory reset whenever you get the chance and see if it works normally after that please?

no my modem does not have wifi and i will try to  factory reset my router to see if it fixes the issue

Do you have multiple consoles/devices on your network that you or someone else game on that could be gaming at different times/the same time?

Port forward that port then, for whatever reason something is preventing it triggering. If you're leaving your device on standby most of the time that could be why.

Yes already did that (port-forwarding) and it's working...also can you send me the v4.0.540 firmware because I am getting issues with Ping Optimizer with v4.0.645

You just need to make sure you're logged in and then you'll be able to download it
