Kratos
Hello! I'm a new user of the NetDuma R3, bought it after I heard about it from a sponsored video from 3kliksphillips and I've been noticing that whenever I play a game like Counter-Strike 2 or Helldivers 2, within DumaOS it's not picking up that I'm actually playing a game. It notices it for about 5 seconds then completely vanishes. Within the Network Activity monitor, it does not show that I am playing a online game and it's showing that its offline and not prioritizing as setup within smartBOOST. Any ideas what could be causing this or how to make sure it detects when I'm playing an online game? I have the router connected directly to my PC. I've attached of what it currently looks while I have Counter-Strike 2 open and connected to a server within CS2. Is this normal behavior ? EDIT: I've also noticed it does not pick up when I'm actually working from home and have apps open like Slack and such but right now it's picking up that I am working from home somehow but my work laptop is shut off and nothing else work related is on. I'm just trying to get more info on how this works and how it detects when I am playing on such because it hasn't been picking up when I am playing or working from home correctly. DARKNESS
You can look at stats for nerds as it gives you more information. One thing to note you have to be in a match for it to be detected and if the game isn’t on the list then it not supported you can check the list by clicking add on smartboost and selecting gaming.
