Fraggle Dos Attack

Below is the entry from the logs on the router, 10.1.1.1 is the internal side of VZ modem.  One curious if this repsonse is valid as the VZ firewall is on and would not think it would let that thru to the internal. But I guess my other question is I see this often, a few times a day, Could I not just forward 67 and 68 to some bogus port that doesnt respond to anything to maybe assist in going away?
