Was there a update to the GEO Filter and Ping Optimizer in the last 20 hours?

Here is my GEO filter settings now.

and on the pin optimizer it is missing the toggle below the congestion control to allow speedtest to bypass.

Try clearing cache or use incognito and check if it appears
