Issue with latest firmware

I recently updated my R3 a couple of days ago to the latest firmware and now I have a big issue. I could not log into the dumaos webpage or the mobile app to access the settings afterwards. I still had internet until I was recommended by a moderator on this forum to reset the router and try logging in again. Now my router is back to factory settings and I have to redo the initial setup which I can't access so now I have no internet/wifi going to my devices. I get an error page that says to restart the router which I've done multiple times. Please help.

You didn't need to reset it, just reboot it to regain access.. There are alot of posts about this issue already with tips to try to avoid it happening.

Unplug the router from power for 10 minutes, plug in, wait 4 minutes then attempt access and see if that works please

Thanks, it worked but took me a couple days for it to work, almost gave up.
