9396264 Posted February 12, 2024 Posted February 12, 2024 Hello everyone. I tried to download the latest update, but unfortunately I get the error "Couldn't download Firmware." or "Unknown Error". I tried to update via my smartphone and by logging in to the netduma software in a web browser using my IP and my login and password. Does anyone know what could be the reason why I can't update my software to the latest version?
DanologyUK Posted February 12, 2024 Posted February 12, 2024 You are trying to download the update file from the pin forum post yeah? There isnt a way to download it directly through the router with this update. Once you have the file, you can goto Settings > Troubleshooting and click the Upload Firmware, select the downloaded file and itll upload it to the router.
