Aspect of Wrath
I have 162 download and upload with congestion control bringing it down to 150 for A+ bufferbloat which is normal but i noticed that smartboost overtime slowly slows down the internet. 3 hours later the speeds dropped to 100, then to 70 5 hours later, by the end of the day speeds were at 30 down and up. There is an easy fix for this without restarting router and that is to disable smartboost wait 5 seconds. Check your network speeds, it should be back to normal then enabling smartboost again. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 10 Administrators Share Posted February 10 Do you notice this across all devices or just one? How is CC/SmartBOOST setup exactly? Where are you testing the speeds?
Aspect of Wrath
Smartboost has 1 device priority which was offline at the time, cc is setup 99% down 100% up because it givesvme A+ bufferbloat and im testing internet speeds on my pc wired to R3. Aspect of Wrath
Forget to mention that i was lagging in cod so tested bufferbloat on my pc using waveform and noticed the network speed then i did another test on ookla to confirm. Then used my phone to test speeds using google speed test. My pc is wired to R3 and phone is connected to the xr500 ap mode wireless which is wired to R3. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 11 Administrators Share Posted February 11 Okay thank you, I'll have the team take a look into this, if you could provide the logs when you notice the speeds have decreased that would really help
