Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 9 Administrators Share Posted February 9 Have you connected the R3 via ethernet to your existing vodafone router? Have you accessed the R3 interface in your web browser or DumaOS mobile app and completed the Setup Wizard? You will need to do this before you can get internet. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 9 Administrators Share Posted February 9 Have you completed the Setup Wizard now? If so, reboot your modem, wait 2 minutes, then reboot the R3, wait 4 minutes then check
EtDr
Yes, i complet all. But the ping and conection in games is so bad. With original router have searchs 19 ping, with the router have 25/30 ms And the lobbys are so complicated, not bot lobbys titofuenla
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 10 Administrators Share Posted February 10 The router purpose isn't to get you bot lobbies. Disable Steady Ping on the Geo-Filter page by clicking Steady Ping at the top of the map and the ping will be more as you expect.
EtDr
I disable it. And i play with diferents configurations, and the ping is so bad. Is changing all time and more hight
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 10 Administrators Share Posted February 10 Are you getting a worse ping than mentioned as it's not a bad ping at all really. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode. Are ALL devices connected to the R3?
EtDr
The r3 is connected for wan port. All devices are coneccted to the r3 módem. Always have nat moderate, and i open the port manually, and active dmz. But the worst is, my ping With original módem begin to search at 15 ms, and now begin at 60 ms, or another times to 160 ms. Is so bad, the lobbys is on 140 ms
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 12 Administrators Share Posted February 12 How have you set the ISP modem though to allow you an Open NAT? You will need to do modem/bridge mode or put the R3 in its DMZ
EtDr
And for the ping, what happen?

titofuenla
como le pregunto fraser, tiene puesta la IP dentro del DMZ del router de vodafone? puede ser motivos por lo que la nat sea moderada y obtenga mas ping.
EtDr
En el router de vodadone no puedo poner la ip del r3
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 13 Administrators Share Posted February 13 What options does it have for DMZ? MAC Address? or does it not have a DMZ function? Alternatively it may have a modem/bridge mode that could be used
EtDr
For dmz can put only ip. And if i put the ip of router netduma, not can be save. The modem cant put in bridge mode.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 13 Administrators Share Posted February 13 You put the WAN IP of the R3 which you can find on the R3 Settings > WAN page. You don't put the 192.168.77.1 IP in.
