Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 5, 2024 Administrators Posted February 5, 2024 Okay so it sounds like you may need PPPoE or VLAN potentially for a connection when directly connected to the modem. Check your ISP router internet settings and that should tell you more. It could also be that your ISP requires their router to be used.
