firmware problems

hello team so my question and problem is that for some reason I haven’t been getting any new firmware update for the Netduma R3 I’m not sure why that is y’all know more about this then I do. I’m not sure how many firmware updates there been and I have been having issues like every one else is having with pings and  other issues. If y’all can please help me with is issue that will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

We mentioned in the new topic that you'd see the update on the router over the next few days but you can install it manually before then: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/53938-new-r3-firmware-4041/

We won't necessarily put every single firmware version on the router itself for you to upgrade to - if there is a major issue it could wipe out the entire customer base so we'll post it here sometimes so we can control it and get direct feedback. The one I've linked to there is the very latest.

Hello Fraser! So what do you suggest I do right now which firmware or should I wait until y’all send them to the router when they’re ready for updates i’m just not sure how long that’ll be for y’all. I just want to say y’all do an awesome job. You have helped me before in the past when I needed it. I know what you suggest will be good because I don’t wanna mess up this new router. Let me tell you it’s an awesome router so far thank you.

Thanks for the kind words! I'd suggest upgrading manually personally and if you have any issues that you don't have now you can always downgrade
