Hi,

I'm from FRance and i have buy the R3 

I can't access to the R3 by using ip adress or link adress.

i wanted to update the firmware but i can't.

Can u help me?

Hi Chritalia you can download the latest firmware from this post below;

Once you download it from the R3 click on the 3 lines scroll down select settings, then scroll down again select trouble shooting then upload firmware.

If the update fails reboot the R3 then repeat the above process and it will update.

What do you see when you try to access the interface exactly?

I have my internet box then the R3. When I use Ip to access , nothing, I can’t see DumaOS

And I haven’t access on my IPhone to DumaOS bc I’m not from US 🤣👍

What IP are you using? Yes but what are you seeing specifically, an error for example?

I have tried to use the Netduma Ip to access and I have a blank page and impossible to reach the IP. I have tried to follow steps to reach OS normally

So 192.168.77.1? Does http://dumaos work? Are you connected via ethernet or WiFi to the router?

Just completely blank white, no text at all?

I have tried both. I can’t access and I’m using Ethernet.

Close your browser, and then login again.
