DARKNESS Posted January 30, 2024 Posted January 30, 2024 @Netduma FraserCan we get the ability to update through usb? As I have seen reports R2&R3 users unable to update/access the UI or have preloading issues and this would be a way to force bypass those encounters. L0rd 1

DARKNESS Posted February 9, 2024 Author Posted February 9, 2024 @Netduma FraserAnother thing I'd like to see is the ability to TFTP the router if it is bricked as if it is it just a pile of junk that gets sent to the trash as it would be unusable unlike netgear+others routers. It doesn't make much sense why the newer models don't contain TFTP capabilities in case it becomes bricked correct me if I am wrong but how is it that you can flash a netgear router but not an R series router?

Netgear make the hardware and settings for the XR series and so it is an inherent feature available to all their routers. It's something we would have to develop ourselves. It is something I'd advocating to have included.
