What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode

Is it CoD you're playing? What port forwarding rules have you done specifically?

Okay well part of the problem is you can't port forward the same ports to two separate devices. Just do 3074 for the PC and 3075 for the console and see if that works. For parties you'll need to add people to your allow list on the Geo-Filter- we don't know who your friends are and the same for private matches or disable the Geo-Filter as you can't use it anyway in that scenario.

I haven't port forwarded the same ports, just copy and pasted the list. Sorry, and how come it works on pc but not ps? I can have the geo filter on pc and join whoever but got to have different settings for ps

If you copy and pasted the list you would have tried to do a rule for 3074 for each device? Different platforms will handle friends differently, PC you may connect through a server for example

Me and my girlfriend have both open nat in the in game connectivity settings in Call of Duty games. UPNP is enabled, one day all I did was disable both IPV6 LAN and WAN side and somehow were both open in-game. I checked UPNP and it showed both our consoles opening ports for COD games. Give it a try if you have disabled IPV6 make sure to reboot  the R3 after disabling cause I could not reconnect after.

I have it enabled do I have to select any devices

Playstation nat type 2 is completely normal. The playstation will only allow port 3074. So make sure that is allowed on playstation and pc use 3075...IF you can be bothered to do that. Even then you will get a nat type 2

Your issue is clearly way outside of an open nat as even with a strict nat I can communicate with everyone. Check your in game nat never the playstation nat.

Not being able to join party or private match could potentially be geo filter location if you have set it up

Ive had the same issue with having a moderate nat after moving over to duma os 4. I mentioned this in a previous post that on the xr500 I could click nat filtering and putting that to open instead of secured which that would give me an open nat type. Frazier are you guys talking about that as an option still? Also in the network settings on mw3 it doesn't show the bandwidth either idk if that would be helpful info, prior to the R3 it had showed it. Also it's moderate with the geo filter off as well.

In some cases you have the same source port to different destinations, 3478 - 3479 for example indicates a range, not source to destination. 3074 should be used for one device and 3075 for the other, you've used both for one device.

Leave UPnP enabled and just do two port forwarding rules, 3074 for one and 3075 for the other, keep UPnP enabled.
