Hi there,

Apologies for this post but I had ordered an R3 yesterday and have not received any order confirmation. I tried creating an account on the website but I also failed to receive any e-mail (whether in inbox or spam) and since support is only available through there, I am a bit stuck.

Could a mod help me out perhaps?

You can always email us [email protected] which is usually best for order queries, it's likely we have already sent out your router and you should have received a tracking email. If not please email and I can look into it for you.

Hi Fraser - thanks for getting back to me. Looks like I'm all set, I received a tracking order separately so everything should be good!
