Router Interface Keeps Disconnecting

Hello Netduma Team,

I can’t seem to keep my routers interface open for more that 3 seconds. I usually have to hit refresh and then the screen goes back to this (see photo below)

However I’m still connected to the internet. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I highly recommend updating to the latest version https://kb.netgear.com/000065541/XR1000-Firmware-Version-1-0-0-68 after doing so follow the procedures below

Locate the Reset button on the back of your router. With the router powered on, use the pointed end of a paperclip or similar object to press and hold the Reset button for 30 seconds. Wait for the router to fully reset and power back on.
