Hi, thanks for accepting me. I've already updated. However, the problem persists. I can't find a match in the game. The game keeps looking for opponents and can't find any. However, if I reset Netduma, it starts finding matches again. However, this lasts for about 3 hours and then it can't find any anymore. If I play without using Netduma, I can find matches normally.

When this happens are you going away at any point and the console goes into standby/instant on mode and then when you play again it stops working?

Hi, sorry for the delay in responding. I was testing, I reset Netduma after the new update and it seems to have solved the problem. I haven't had any problems finding matches.

However, I'm having a new problem: the day I reset Netduma (Sunday) my gameplay was very good (I play UFL soccer). The game was responsive and my team was smooth, but as the days went by the game became heavy and with a slight delay. I believe that since I have a good connection due to Netduma the game has been trying to reduce my connection to match the opponent's, this has made my game very bad and good for the opponent. Can you tell me if I can reverse this and have a good constant experience in the game with Netduma? It's very noticeable when I configure the routes and configure Netduma I have a good experience but over time the game becomes unplayable.

You could attempt to throttle your overall speeds very low to see if the game compensates the other way - try lowering the percentages to result in 1Mbps for download/upload.

Hi, I can't find this option to reduce the overall speed in the new update. Can you show me where I can access this information?

Speed Test > Advanced
