Hi people I have the r3 connected to the fritzbox 7530 is there a way to create a Vlan because I can’t get it to setup don’t know what I’m doing wrong

If you're connecting the R3 to the fritz then you shouldn't need to enter VLAN on the R3. What are you trying to achieve? What isn't working exactly?

Just to see if it works I settled up on the Fritz but when I put the I’d Vlan on the r3 it doesn’t give me the internet

You only need to use it if you require it for internet, otherwise its not needed
