Is the R3 capable of providing over 1gb speeds?

As the title states, I have a 1.2gb plan and I am seeing about 930~mbps when doing speed test through the R3. Is the router capable of providing faster speeds or is it capped?

I believe it is limited to 1gb theoretical speeds.

As above, the ports are limited to 1Gbps
