Ping optimizer don't work

I reset router I try different Web Google and Edge and fire fox give me same thing 

It say dumaOS is unable to complete the ping optimizer  process  due to external  circumstances

It currently a bug am sure there already aware off and are working to resolve in the mean time just adjust your cc settings manually

We are aware Ping Optimizer/Speed Test isn't 100% reliable at the moment and it's something the team are working on. Those features can still work, it just may not be every time.
