Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 2 Administrators Share Posted January 2 Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then to get you a game within your radius. We can do a heatmap update. vinu hunter

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 2 Administrators Share Posted January 2 You can disable Steady Ping and that will lower the ping. Other than that I'll have the team look into it.

DARKNESS
@vinu hunterThat just your ISP routing you can try and force the server to connect by adjusting your filter though if your ISP routes your connection to wherever and then comebacks another way do to bad ISP routing then that might answer your question as to why your ping is so high even with geofilter. There is an alternative you can use HVPN and that may help or use your PC with exit lag and route the traffic using the PC through lan to your PS5. FYI HVPN is not working in NETDUMAR R3 then what is the use of having this NETDUMA R3. Main USP for selling netduma is routing and ping right? everywhere netduma is getting sold because of ping services they are providing i personally imported this product just because of this USP a 5 dollar subscription is providing me better ping. anyone and myself thought of having netduma because of the ping services and i am not getting ping and excuse is made up to blame ISP then a 20 dollar router will do the work and get exitlag for routing stable ping i dont want to blame anyone i am just saying its a very small thing. gamers like us face because of ISP issues thats where NETDUMA come and save players like us i beleive netduma will hear me out and provide me solution again i want to say my gaming career is ruined because of this if i dont get back to normal ping it will damage a lot. pls hear me out i need support and you are last hope Authentik06

DARKNESS
@vinu hunter The main selling point is ping not routing that something no router has circumvented that am aware They are going so sell because it better than your average router plus there are features that no other router has... It could be just the Geofilter not working as intended Fraser's off today bud

It could be just the Geofilter not working as intended Fraser's off today bud 1 USP is selling that why i bought this router but how will you provide me better ping and stable ping if you are not routing it properly. by prioritizing ? i own 3 internet connections 1 is totally for gaming means there is no heavy load in netduma means 0 download and 0 upload it is just gaming 2 main point is a 5 dollar subscription is giving me way better results exitlag claims better low ping and stable ping also. and obviously they will sell because they have very convincing OS thats why i bought and imported this product. there are many routers in the market i myself own a 50 dollar tenda gaming router and it was working fine from last 3 years but from last 2 months i am having this issue and i found netduma as a very good product. asus rog gamign riuter which comes with wtfast is way cheaper and is availble in my country still i chose netduma because of active community and form. 3 yes geo filter might not work as it should be. DARKNESS
@vinu hunter I am not netduma affiliated so this is something from my personal knowledge and experience with routers and everyone has there own opinions about products. The way it stabilizes your ping is using QOS and Smart DPI Algorithms to not affect your experience based on a DPI catalog and your set preferences....You can learn more about about why those features are essential in the following links. https://www.fortinet.com/resources/cyberglossary/qos-quality-of-service https://www.fortinet.com/resources/cyberglossary/dpi-deep-packet-inspection

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 5 Administrators Share Posted January 5 Sorry for the delay, a lot of posts to reply to! If you thought a router changes your routing to servers, it doesn't - I suppose that can be confusing by the name but we've never claimed to be able to do that or marketed it as such. ExitLag is essentially a VPN, that's why it can route you along the best path. If you connect direct to your modem without the R3 or ExitLag, what ping do you get to the game? If you connect direct to your modem without the R3 or ExitLag, what ping do you get to the game? 70 it is but what is the meaning of ping on the page u said. Then buying a 200 dollar for what fancy menu ? buy a 40 dollar router which i already own and get exitlag subscription because same feature are being provided along with ping stability , priority service , manually selection of servers which I can’t even find indian server in your fancy menu. Taking this much money not having the power to even create the proper server list. Most features don’t i checked the forum most of the games are having issues. bottom line is whenever u ask for something u have this or that to make an excuse to slide that. pls provide the solution thanks check out the video and i will create more videos to help other gamers before spend this much money.
