I use XR1000, the latest version(1.2.10) of the app as of right now only have the option to set-up a new router. If I try that option the app can't connect to the router and tells me to check my network even though I am connected to that router's wifi. The Netgear Nighthawk app works fine.

On the front page of the app where you can login, choose router type > add > XR1000 > Connect Manually.

We are aware of an issue where XR1000 users are unable to access the app so if that doesn't work that'll be why. We're looking into it.

Connect Manually doesn't work either.

Uninstall the app then re-install it and see if it works then please
