ping test not working on dashborad

We are aware Ping Optimizer/Speed Test isn't 100% reliable at the moment and it's something the team will work on when they're back from the holidays. Those features can still work, it just may not be every time. Port Forwarding, they appear to show as active but I believe they are working in the background. The team will fix that when they're back from the holidays.

What activities specifically? How have you set it up?

When you say....."Those features still can work, it just may not be every time".... How are you achieving any results at all...Ive had my R3 since launch and ive NEVER got ping optimizer or any speed test to work.

Be assured you are not alone. Also Netduma will release a fix asap when everyone returns after the new year.

I think partly it could be due to the servers as well, if you have the ISP modem/router setup in modem/bridge or with the R3 in its DMZ so all traffic passes through to the R3 that should help.
