I didn't disable smartboost, it’s been a week since the black loading screen occurred and I didn’t face this issue again. I don’t know what causes it.

If you could do the inspect element things I suggested and provide the screenshot I can pass the errors on

I keep getting this loading screen even on latest update 4.0.41. It's really annoing to reboot router every few hours

Did you do a factory reset after upgrading?
