r3 setup

hi all just set this up i can’t get it to choose a game on heat ping map. right hand side there a picture of my xbox controller with no game selected. i click on it and the choose game area is blank, any help much appreciated

What web browser/device are you using to access the interface? Do you have a browser based Adblocker enabled?

i use safari, no add blocker, i did a hard reset as i’ve only just got it, that seemed to clear the problem

i now have another one, i plugged the xbox x in to play cod and it’s double nat and moderate. can you advise me how to sort this out please, i’m not the most technically minded though

Run test NAT type on your Xbox (you might have to run it twice in a row) and it should open

thanx for the info, what i did (watched a video)was go into the modem and put the r3 in the dmz, rebooted both, then went to the r3 put a rule in the dhcp for xbox rebooted all is now good
