Could be power, do you have it connected to a power extender or direct to an outlet? If an extender please try direct to an outlet. Otherwise do you have another power adapter you could try with?

If you could try with them both off that would be great to help narrow down the issue

Yes exactly

Swapped to another extension lead with nothing on it, so far no reboots.

Any fixes planned for the smart boost issue?

Okay so it was fine for almost 4 days, compared to the previous days/nights was there anything different in your network activity at all?

New firmware should be available later today so lets see if that helps at all - it could be running out of memory caused by the high CPU usage, in which case this would fix it

Hope the xr1000 beta is coming too I'm still recovering from that surgery I had and was hoping that before February the 3.3 would come to xr1000 so I can test it on cod and fortnite and the finals!

installed the firmware, no more freezing menus for me, but the router still reboots its self, may once or twice a day.

Tried a different plug and socket and it made no difference.

That's something! If your ISP modem/router has WiFi, set it up so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R3 (found in Settings > WAN) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. Disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN on the R3 and enable remote support in Settings > Troubleshooting. Then post back here from a device connected to the R3 when you've done that and we'll attempt to connect (probably tomorrow now) to enable remote logging so we can get some information when it happens.

Its already set up that way, I just need to enable remote support, I'll give it a few days to see if it does it again, as its not down it so far today.
