No access to R3 via web interface or app

I just wanted to let you guys know (netduma team) that in my case after a while let say more than 24 hours I'm not able to login with the app or web, when that happens I have to reset R3 to get access again, this kinda annoying, hopefully you guys will figure it out, I'm running the latest firmware. .20 it happens with previous too. Please any other person that have this problem reported here thanks.

Yes I have access to internet, not living interface open,nothing is connected to the USB port.

Yes I have access to internet, not living interface open,nothing is connected to the USB port.
