Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 24, 2023 Administrators Share Posted December 24, 2023 Okay I think that's probably something I'll need to pass onto the team to have a look at when they're back from the holidays. Are you able to connect the printer to the router via WiFi without WPS? What is the specific printer model? If you hold down the WPS button on the router for 5-10 seconds does that make a difference? Canon TR4600, nothing happens when I hold the wps more than 6-10 seconds, and yes, I’m able to connect via WIFI
PharmDawgg
Where do you access the wps function in the gui. I think it would be nice to be able toggle it on or off. I don't think I have seen it. Please let me know if anyone else knows where it is located. Thanks.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 24, 2023 Administrators Share Posted December 24, 2023 No way to enable/disable via the interface, I'll add a request for this and get the team to look into the issue on why it's not working as well Bueyako1 and PharmDawgg

Apparently from what I've been told: If you keep trying it then it can work, our estimates are that it works about 70% of the time so if it doesn't work first time there is a good chance it'll work again. Otherwise, it's quite possible depending on the device you're trying to use that it may not be compatible with WPS on the router. CODZ
