Can’t connect to the internet

Hi guys,

I have fibre heros internet installed. I have my R3 delivered today and set it up by its self can’t connect to the internet so connected it to my providers ISP through Ethernet. On the DumaOS app showing the port has 1GB internet but still can’t seem to connect. 
 

Gone into the WAN settings on DumaOS and what do I need to put in the VLAN ID box?

Do you know if you need VLAN for a connection or PPPoE? Best to check the ISP modem/router to see what settings it is using and then you can mirror this on the R3

It says on connection type that I use DHCP, but I know pay extra for a static IP. Guessing try PPPoE first?…

I was able to update the R3 to latest firmware and everything seems to running smoothly now 😀
