what is the issue i have restart the router multiple time and even factory reset same problem

@kasemshIt a bug that being worked upon at the moment there not much you can do except change your congestion control settings manually you go to ping optimizer select advanced and typically anywhere between 70% should be good enough for most users.

As above, also it will work some of the time, I believe it's a combination of servers being under load and a bug
