Kage79 Posted December 22, 2023 Posted December 22, 2023 When ever i port forward for Call of Duty the rules that i create always remain inactive. I have yet to see them become active during game play ect.. Any help/info would be appreciated
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 22, 2023 Administrators Posted December 22, 2023 Do you have an Open NAT in the game? If so they're probably not triggering as they're not needed and UPnP is taking care of it
Kage79 Posted December 22, 2023 Author Posted December 22, 2023 I do have an open nat type..but when i port forward i disabled Upnp. Didn't know if it was a bug
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 22, 2023 Administrators Posted December 22, 2023 What ports did you forward specifically?
johnnytran Posted December 23, 2023 Posted December 23, 2023 I've noticed this as well, I think it may just be a visual glitch that they appear inactive but they are in fact being forwarded - with port forwarding off I have moderate NAT, with it on I get open NAT despite them showing as inactive
Kage79 Posted December 23, 2023 Author Posted December 23, 2023 These are the suggested ports to foward for Warzone on PS5 that im using TCP 3478-3480 UDP 3074,3478-3479
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 23, 2023 Administrators Posted December 23, 2023 UPnP shouldn't disable when setting the Port Forwarding rules and I can't reproduce that, re-enable it, does it allow you to?

I have a port forwarding rule for my reverse proxy setup on NAS. The rule definitely works, despite being labeled as “inactive”. My assumption is that the 'inactive' label is controlled by the on/off toggle on the right. It should reflect the position of the toggle, but it doesn't work correctly at the moment.

IIDoomSlayerII Posted December 23, 2023 Posted December 23, 2023 If your useing xbox just set ports manually automatic ports are wonky and has issues with other devices trying to create ports also make shure you have upnp enabled on the duma Netduma Fraser 1
